The living room is spacious and light, having windows on two walls and an open plan to the hallway from where the oak staircase winds up to the first floor.
There is an inglenook fireplace with log effect gas burning stove, TV, video and CD player.
A comprehensively fitted modern kitchen provides dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer. It also has a dining area with renovated Victorian stove still intactBreakfast can be taken on a secluded patio
Upstairs are two beamed and vaulted bedrooms
one double with washbasin and breathtaking views down the midford valley, the other with two single beds.
There is a spacious bathroom with a powershower, as well as a free standing bath.
